Return and Refund Policy
Refunds
Full refund for products which have not been worn, damaged or abused within 14 days of the purchase date in the original undamaged packaging with the original receipt. Customer will be responsible for all costs for shipping back the product. Please email our customer service at tom@purelypickleball.com for a return authorization number before returning any product. All non-clearance item returns must have a return number. Please contact Purely Pickleball at tom@purelypickleball.com if you have any questions.
Exchanges
Purely Pickleball accepts exchanges on unused product brought within 30 days of purchase. Original undamaged packaging and with the original receipt must be accompanied with the return. Customer will be responsible for all costs for shipping back product.
Clearance Items
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
